You will want to “earn as you learn” but never stop learning. Learn as much as you can about our products, business and profession. Commit now to becoming an ongoing student of the business by listening to the important weekly trainings, attending training events and reading 10 pages of an industry book daily. The Ascent Plan Training
The Ascent Plan is the training you need to get your new Xocai business off the ground. Our company theme last year was “No ShortCuts to the Top”. This training follows that theme and is related to mountain climbing because in mountain climbing there
are truly no short cuts to reach the top of the mountain. In this training you will learn about the tools and support team that are available to you, how to identify prospects, how to invite a prospect to look at informaition, how to follow up, how to add them to the team and train them to get started building their own Xocai business.

The Ascent Plan is broken up into Base Camp and 7 Ascent training. We believe in keeping it simple and have created an online automated Ascent Plan training to give you the training you need on your own schedule. Your FIRST step in getting trained is to complete this training.

Name Your Website with a NEW Domin Name
1. URL Link: You will want to have a “catchy” website name for your Xocai website. For instance,www.HealthyChocolateForMyFamily.com is Caroline King’s website name that her Xocai website “points” to. Remember when selecting a URL that it is something that others can remember easily. So the shorter the better. You can purchase your own website name at godaddy.com by clicking directly on this link or any other domain name source. Ask your sponsor or upline to assist you in setting up your website, URL, etc.
2. URL / Domain Name Registration
As advised by company attorneys, all associates currently owning a domain name with the word “xocai,” “mxicorp,” or “mxi” in the domain name, must remove this text from their domain name. All websites have 60 days to comply, starting August 4, 2008. This applies to new domain registrations as well. Note: presently, this ruling does not include email addresses: ie. xocailover@domain.com. Email user names are permitted, unless the user name is deemed misleading, ie. mxicustomerservice@domain.com.
